Analeigh Lamb
Analeigh's delicious treats are a must-try this season at The Local. Learning how to bake from her dad at a young age, Analeigh began to explore her creativity throughout high school and into college. She found that baking acted as a stress reliever and more importantly, a passion that she shared with friends and family.
Her knack for making the perfect treat spiraled into a successful small business that specializes in brownies, blondies, cookies, cakes, pies, and candies. Starting with four master recipes, Analeigh now has over 20 signature flavors and popular favorites including her Cocoa Loco triple chocolate brownie.
"I remember my parents telling me, "Find something you love that doesn’t seem like work to you." One Sunday afternoon when my dad and I were baking together in the kitchen I said, “You know what, this right here is the one thing I’m most passionate about… being in the kitchen, baking with you. Is there a way to do this every day?” He smiled and responded, “Let’s try it!”
Analeigh will be sharing her talent and love for baking each week this season at The Local! You won't want to miss out on her expert recommendations and delicious, one-of-a-kind sweet treats for any occasion.
