Michael started Elias Eats and Meats three years ago after his friends and wife suggested that his talents were too savory not to share with the world. He serves a wide variety of dried meats and flavors from Buffalo sticks and filet mignon to Caribbean Jerk and Ghost Chili. His personal favorite is a tie between Spicy Garlic and Teriyaki Sriracha.
All jerky is made and sold weekly, so freshness is their guarantee!
